How long will it take to get my order?

Once we receive your custom Supreme K9 Collars order we will manufacture and ship it out within a 3-6 week time frame. Shipping times will vary based on your location; a tracking number will be provided.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Please keep in mind that we have no control over import and customs fees as they differ from country to country. Shipping times may be delayed to certain regions of the world.

 

What size collar should I get for my dog?

Our collars are made to fit with a 2” adjustability upward of the size selected. An exact measurement is required, please measure your dog’s neck where you would like for the collar to sit. All our sizes are displayed in inches.

 

What size collar should I get for my puppy to grow into?

To start, we suggest ordering either a half or full size up form your puppy’s current neck measurement. Puppy collars are made with an adjustability of up to 4”. Simply let us know in the Build & Design notes.

 

How do I measure my dog’s neck?

To measure your dog's neck, you can either use a soft measuring tape or string. If you are using an existing collar, please be mindful not to measure the male connector that meets the female component of the buckle. Need a size outside of what is offered? Let us know in the Build & Design notes.

 

What are Build & Design notes?

Build & Design notes inform us of any personalization requests outside of our standard build. In example - custom colour combinations, sizing outside of what is offered in the drop-down menu and/or growing puppies.
